He was born Sept. 19, 1904 in the town of Meeme, a son of the late Fred and Emma Langenhahn Sohn. On Oct. 5, 1934 he married Eleanora Heymann. The couple resided in the town of Centerville, where Mr. Sohn owned and operated a sand and gravel business. He was a member of Ss. John and Peter Lutheran Church, Cleveland.
Surviving are his widow; a son Fred Jr., Town of Centerville; six grandchildren; three brothers, Louis of Sheboygan, Arthur and Elmer, both of Cleveland, and three sisters, Mrs. Joe Eggebeen, Mrs. Rudolph Lorenz and Mrs. Reinhold Schuette all of Sheboygan. He was preceded in death by a brother.
Funeral services will be held at SS. John and Peter Church, Cleveland, the Rev. Henry Koch, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Saxon Cemetery.
