name isn't known by this researcher.
Charity married Jeremiah Combs in 1810.
She was the mother of 10 children: Nancy,
John David, Emeline, Tennessee Ann,
Mason C., Sarah, William Buford, Wheeling,
Columbus M. and Jessie Rhodes Combs.
The locations of the family is being
researched at this time. Jesse Rhodes Combs
is buried in the Upper Gampground Cemetery,
in Kingston, Ark., and John David is buried
in the Kingston Cemetery also.

Daughter Tennessee Ann Combs was born
Jan 6, 1820 in Warren Co., Tennessee.
She died 19 Nov., 1919 in the Black Oak
community and buried in the King Cemetery
there.
Tennessee Ann Combs married George W. King.
They were the parents of 8 children, one
being John Canada King. John married Ozine
'Wright.' and one of their children was of
Amanda 'King' Dillinger who was my grandmother,
Phyllis.
NOTE: Research and records were collected by
Les and Wilba Dillinger, Les was a son of
Amanda 'King' Dillinger. Uncle Les traveled
through several states, visiting and taking
records from old family Bibles and information
given to him for the family tree. This was
before computers were available. It was all
recorded on forms and passed out to the
Dillinger/King family members.
