Son of the late Albert Lee and Fannie Redding Bain and a retired textile employee. Member of the FIrst Presbyterian Church. Survivors included: daughter, Mrs. Mary Lee Porter; sisters, Mrs. Louise B. Nash and Mrs. Florence Edmondson; two grandchildren. He was 76 years of age at demise with interment in the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
