Lisa Diane was born the daughter of Edward Collins and Andrea Roach Collins on April 5, 1962 in Pampa, Texas. She died on March 3, 2011 in Chickasha.
Lisa grew up in Pampa, Texas. In 2005, she moved to Chickasha to be near her mother. She loved her family and also her dog who was her special companion.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Eustolia Roach; father, Edward Collins; husband, Raymond Orr; aunt, Lois Roach; cousin, Brian Roach; special friend, Earnest Searle.
