Todd Arthur Rose, 39, of Iron Mountain, MI, died Friday, Oct. 8, 2004, at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital in Iron Mountain, MI. He was born on Aug. 28, 1965, in Iron Mountain, son of Vernon and Fern (Anderson) Rose.
Todd graduated from Kingsford High School in 1984. He has been a resident of the area his entire life. Todd was co-owner and operator of Toddy's Pasty Shop in Norway.
Todd loved being with his kids and spending time with his friends. He always gave a helping hand whenever asked. He enjoyed fishing, dirt biking, and deer hunting. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Todd is survived by his children: Cody, Brock, and Haylee Rose, all of Niagara, Wis.;
his parents: Vernon and Fern Rose of Kingsford, MI;
eight brothers and sisters: Ginger (Tom) Sweig of Niagara, Wis., Craig (Cleo) Rose of Pembine, Wis., Dennis (Imane) Rose of Tulsa, Okla., Brian (Debbie) Rose of Crystal Falls, Sheila (David) Weaver of Iron Mountain, Lynn (Bill) Schultz of Norway, Sue (Don) Okler of Kingsford and Keith Rose of New York.
He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Todd was preceded in death by his brother Gary Rose in 1990.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at the Kingsford Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Peter Erickson will officiate. Burial will be in the Quinnesec Cemetery.
