Daughter of Ahimaes M. "Hime" Mayginnes and Nancy Elmina (Morrison) Mayginnes. She married 1st Joseph A. Taylor in 1898, they had three children; Dorothy Edna, Forrest and Richard.
She married 2nd Joseph H. Matthews between 1910 and 1920. The children's last name was Taylor at birth and at some time took the last name Matthews from their step-father.

The tombstone is for Cora and her son Richard.
