The many friends of George Anderson were pained to learn of his premature death last Monday.
Mr Anderson has been ill health for some time and when it was learned that his condition was an acute case of consumption his relatives and friends soon gave up all hope for his recovery. He was a young man who possessed an eager desire for study and although young had obtained a good education.
He was a thorough gentleman with a gentle disposition and was much respected by all that knew him. He attended the business departments of G A College of St Peter and was highly esteemed by his classmates.
Passing away at such an early age, 27, such as this case is a life cut short and one which promised such a brilliant career. A father, three brothers and one sister survive him, besides a large circle of relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon from the Anderson residence, Rev F M Eckman officiating. Interment was at the Chisago Lake Cemetery.
