Shelia Barnes Rogers (1947 - 2011)

Shelia Barnes Rogers, 64, went to be with the Lord Friday, Aug. 26, 2011. Funeral: 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Moore Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Shelia was born on May 26, 1947, in Fort Worth to the late Isaac and Charlotte Barnes. She and her husband of 25 years, Jimmie, lived in Arlington. Shelia was retired from the mortgage business, loved working in the yard, cuddling with her dogs, interior decorating, and playing with her granddaughter. She loved being around her family and friends. Her beauty, inside and out, will be dearly missed but not forgotten and will be welcomed into heaven by her loving parents and brother-in-law, Doyle.

Survivors: Those left to treasure her memory are her husband, Jimmie; son, Kevin Jolley; daughter, Stacie White (Brandon); loving granddaughter, Madeline; identical twin sister, Charlotte Evans; brother, Chris Barnes; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
