He came to Breckenridge in 1931 from Strawn and was a hammerman for Breckenridge Tool and Supply. Mr. Wimberley was a member of the Elliott Street Church of Christ and the Elk's Lodge.

Wimberley, both of Breckenridge; sister - Clara McMullen of Breckenridge; brother- Walter Wimberley of Weatherford; 20 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
