James Harrison Strange died Aug 27 1866 Hart Co Ga and buried along w/other Strange family as well as some slaves at the ole Strange Cem Old Duncan Plantation Carnesville Franklin Co Georgia; although some dispute this burial site it has been noted and documented as factual. Family descendant toured the cemetery to see the old stones which are surrounded by an ancient iron fence by side of ole house.
