She was born on June 22, 1947 in Big Spring to Charlie "Jake" Foster and Beaulah Smith Foster. She married Joe Webb December 31, 1965 in Lamesa. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ackerly.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Beaulah Foster.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Webb of Ackerly; a son, Mike Webb and wife Rosa of Big Spring; daughter Becky Nix and husband, Daniel, of Gail; and four grandchildren, Thomas, J.W., Erin and Benton Nix of Gail.
