Charles "Chuck" O. Baker, June 4, 1922 - June 4, 2003 passed away at his residence in Concord, CA. Born in Los Angeles, CA, son of Patsy and Lucille Boe, he lived in Downey and Bakersfield for many years before coming to Concord 28 years ago. Entered the U.S. Army at the age of 14, serving during WWII. Worked as a Journeyman Electrician in the L.A. area, which led to his career as an Electrical Estimator and Consultant for his own company, C. Baker and Associates, for 55 years.

He will be missed by his wife of 26 years, Mildred Baker of Concord; children, Kathleen Parilla of Downey, Gary L. Baker of Martinez, and Terrie Piro of Lake Oswego, OR; grandchildren, Laura and Garon Matthews, Stephanie Baker, and Kyle, Kevin, and D'Anna Piro. Also leaves one great grandchild, Kaili Matthews.

Services were held on June 8th, at Ouimet Bros. Concord Funeral Chapel. Funeral Liturgy was held on June 9th at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Concord. Burial at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Lafayette.
