He was born in Rogers,AR to Everett and Juanita Weaver Creech. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of the VFW Post 3031, the American Legion Post 100, the Military Order of the Cooties Pup Tent 6 and the Eagles 4414 in Springdale. He was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Janice Fay Creech.
