Dan N. "Pete" Dinkins, 80, of Hot Springs, a retired employee of Rock Island Railroad, died Wednesday. Dinkins was a member of Second Baptist Church. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Hot Springs Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Crestview Mausoleum. Survivors include his wife, Sarah Catherine Dinkins.
