BIG COVE TANNERY, Pa. - Olive Margaret Keefer, 88, of Big Cove Tannery, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 1999, at Fulton County Medical Center.

Born Sept. 5, 1910, in Big Cove Tannery, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Harris Bishop.

She was preceded in death by
her husband, Ulysses G. Keefer, in 1986.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by
two daughters,
Edna Helman of Fort Loudon, Pa., and
Hazel Mellott of Big Cove Tannery;
four sons,
John Keefer,
Bill Keefer, and
Kenneth Keefer, all of Big Cove Tannery, and
Roy Keefer of Pierron, Ill.;
11 grandchildren;
21 great-grandchildren; and
six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by
a brother,
three sisters and
a granddaughter.

Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, McConnellsburg, Pa. The Rev. Chalmer Hann will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home, which will be open Friday from 2 p.m.
