JACK M. McCORMICK, 63, of Bartlett, businessman, died Friday at Methodist Healthcare-University Hospital. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Raleigh Baptist Church, where he was a deacon, with burial in Memory Hill Gardens. Family Funeral Care has charge.

He was the former president of the Quail Ridge Homeowners Association and attended the University of Memphis.

Mr. McCormick, the husband of Marilyn Cates McCormick for 43 years, also leaves two daughters, Pamela Jenkins of Memphis and Amy Todd of Atwood, Tenn.; a son, Chris McCormick of Saltillo, Miss.; two sisters, Louise Mozena of Del Ray Beach, Fla., and Nancy Calcagno of Miami; a brother, Ray McCormick of Huntingdon, Tenn., and six grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Raleigh Baptist Church.
