Virginia Gibson Shepherd Winn passed away on February 21, 2009.

She was born September 1, 1911, in Clearfield, Utah, a daughter of Fred W Gibson and Marybell Layton.

She Married Paul Quincy Shepherd on July 10, 1929 in Salt Lake City. Paul died October 14, 1976. Virginia Married George Winn on August 5, 1982. He died October 31, 2000.

She is survived by her children: Maxine Ginn; Joy Emmons; 25 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, 42 great-great-grandchildren and one sister, Helen Fletcher.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Paul and George; three daughters, Winifred Robertson, Gaya Marie Shepherd and Della Mae Shepherd; four brothers, three sisters, on grandchild and two great grandchildren.

A special thanks to Kristy, Kathy, and Noreen of Thatcher Brook Hospice.

Funeral Services will be held at Leavitt's Mortuary 836 36th street, Ogden on Wednesday, February 25 at 2 pm. Friends may call Wednesday, two hours prior to services at the mortuary.
