Louella Marie Katherine Abraham, daughter of Jacob and Johanna Abraham, passed away at St. Croix Valley Memorial Hospital on Saturday morning, Aug 27, after a lingering illness.

Louella was born on Oct 6, 1890, on a farm 6 miles south of Lindstrom. At the time of her death, she was 64 years, 10 months, and 21 days old. She attended the public school near her home.

She spent most of her life in Minneapolis. About 5 years ago she came home to keep house for her aged mother and two brothers.

Left to mourn her are her mother and brother Erwin on the home farm, Mrs. Walter Nelson (Winnie), Mrs. Elliot Nelson (Esther) of Shafer, Mrs. Clifford Holt (Inez), and Mrs. Raymond Holmgren (May) of Taylors Falls. She was preceded in death by her father, her brother Carl, and sisters Amy and Lillian.

Services were held at 2:00 at Trinity Lutheran Church of Lindstrom with Rev. Carl A. Almer, officiating. Mrs. Leroy Slattengren was the soloist and Mrs. Velma Sundberg the organist.

Pallbearers were: Kermit Thalenhorst, William Bloom; Walter Ogren, Walter Hail, Quentin Hall, and Earl Nelson.

Interment was made at Fairview Cemetery at Lindstrom.
