Daughter Of. John And Malinda Jane Phillips Holbrook
Born September 4th 1862. Died July 7
1941, making her stay on earth 78 years 10 months and 3
days. She was married to William M .Bauguess, Dec 27.1883. He preceded her death 3 years,10 months and 4 days. To this union were born 5 children; 2 living and 3 dead. Those are Mrs. J.P. Moxley. N.C., T.J. Bauguess of Lomax, N.C. She had 15 grand children and 11 great children.
She professed a hope in Christ in early life, united with
Round Hill Baptist Church and remained a fathiful member
until death.
A precious one from us is gone; gone to rest with Jesus
where labors and sorrows are ceased; but a place is vacant
in our home which can never be filled. But we trust to meet
again in that heavenly land where bright angels sing forever and ever.
