Flora E. Kramer
Funeral services will be held tomorrow for an Oakland native who saw Eighth St. and Broadway grow from her family home to a busy downtown area in her 87 years.
Mrs. Flora E. Kramer died at her home at 5975 Manchester Drive Sunday.
When she was born in 1872 her parents' home at Eighth and Broadway was still several blocks from the business district. She was the daughter of Christian and Flora Bauer, who were among the early settlers of Oakland.
Mrs. Kramer is survived by her son Atty Bauer Kramer of Oakland; a sister, Mrs. Louise Koenig of Oakland, and three grandchildren.
Canon L. D. Gottschall will officiate at 10 a.m. services tomorrow in the Tower Chapel of Mountain View Cemetery." END
