Besides his parents and wife he is survived by a daughter McKenzie Lee Underwood, a brother Tim Underwood of Parksville, a grandfather Ralph Wayne of Wilmore. He is also survived by several uncles and aunts. He was the grandson of the lat Ray & Phoebe Underwood of Alum Springs. He is being laid to rest in the Parksville Cemetery, Parksville, Boyle County, Kentucky were several of his ancestors are also buried.
