He is the son of Jim and Wilma Wayne Underwood of Alum Springs. He is the husband of Michelle Ford Underwood. He was born on May 19, 1972 in Danville, Boyle County, Kentucky. He was a conductor for Norfolk Southern Railway in Louisville and he was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. Besides his parents and wife he is survived by a daughter McKenzie Lee Underwood, a brother Tim Underwood of Parksville, a grandfather Ralph Wayne of Wilmore. He is also survived by several uncles and aunts. He was the grandson of the lat Ray & Phoebe Underwood of Alum Springs. He is being laid to rest in the Parksville Cemetery, Parksville, Boyle County, Kentucky were several of his ancestors are also buried.
