MRS. BEACH DIES - Follows to Grave Husband Who Died Two Weeks Ago

Mrs. Abigail V. Beach, widow of Ryenar C. Beach and an old resident of New Albany Township, died yesterday afternoon at St. Edwards Hospital. The death of Mrs. Beach follows that of her husband by just 15 days, and resulting from an injury sustained by a fall alighting from a carriage at the hospital door when she had called to see her husband a few days before his death.

Mrs. Beach was 72 years of age and for many years lived on the Old Vincennes Road two miles from the city. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in this city and was an excellent woman. She was the mother of W. A. Beach, manager of Hedden Dry Goods Company, John Beach of New Albany Township and George Beach of Greenville Township.

The body was taken to the home of her son, W. A. Beach, 1108 East Market Street, where the funeral will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. The Rev. Frank W. Grossman, will conduct the services and the burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Researched by Laura J. Stewart.
