Beulah was one of 10 siblings.
Jack Pancho Mather 1903 – 1930; Clara Alma Mather 1905 – 1996; Esther Mae Mather 1906 – 1984; Charley Lindell "Huldy" Mather 1908 – 1993; infant Freddie Mather 1909 – 1909; Lilly Murel Mather 1911 – 2004 ;Grady Lee Mather 1915 – 1982; infant Sugar Babe Mather 1918 – 1918; Nina Jewell Mather 1919 – 2006. This was, and is a HUGE loving family who still stay close and have yearly reunions.

She married Carl Wilson Duncan (1896 – 1939) on September 18, 1921 in Liberty Hill, Texas. They had 5 children, (one living only hours, unnamed). Leonard 1922 – 2003 and Linuel 1922 – 2004 both b.24 Dec 1922 (twins with No middle name); Loyd Earl Duncan 1929 – 2003; and Robert Gayle Duncan 1934 – 1985. There are many grandchildren and gr-grandchildren.

She and Carl raised their 4 boys in Mills County, Pleasant Grove area farming. After Carl died, she moved into town at Lometa, Lampasas County, Texas, to raise her boys. She then bought a washateria in Lometa, and she lived in the Lometa house until her last 3 years, when she went to a nursing home in Burnet, Texas, where her brother also lived. She passed away in the nursing home there, leaving many grandchildren and gr-grandchildren. Services were at her church, the Church of Christ, in Lometa, followed by internment at Senterfitt Cemetary.

She married Shannon Bryan Dean (1896 – 1979) a few years after Carl Duncan passed away (about 1940), and is buried in Senerfitt Cemetary in rural Lometa, where Shannon and his family are buried.
