Seaborn Franklin Bonner, 77, died Saturday at Watkins Memorial Hospital; services held Sunday, 3 PM, East Pleasant Grove Baptist Church; interment in church cemetery; Revs. Alfred Evans and James Irby officiated; survivors - wife, Mrs. Augusta Crawford Bonner; daughter, Mrs. Willie A. Jackson (Myrtle), Andrews, TX; two sons, Bilbo, Tulsa, OK; Seaborn, Jr., Dumas, TX; four sisters, Mrs. Ada Ivy, Quitman; Mrs. Minnie Bridges, Mobile; Mrs. Birdie Russell, Columbus, GA; Mrs. Alice Ivy, Eight Mile, AL; three brothers, Andrew and T. H., Mobile; Jordan, New Orleans; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; Walters Funeral Home in charge; pallbearers - Roy Hayes, James Hicks, W. L. James, Warren Barry, Andrew McCarra, C. J. Griffin.

World War I Draft Registration dated June 14, 1917 showed Seaborn's age 29, born Quitman, employed as a locomotive engineer working for Mississippi Lumber Company in Quitman. His nearest relative was Pinkie Bonner. His physical traits were height tall, build slender, eyes blue, hair brown.
