My little Lucky was about 5 days old when I took her and her mom cat, Tilly to my home. Because Tilly was undernourished and could not produce milk, I had to bottle feed Lucky until she was old enough to eat. We graduated to baby cereal, baby meats and finally kitten food. I would travel home each day at noon to feed her her bottle.

Lucky was known by a few names. First "Lucky" because she was almost starved when I got her and we were both lucky to find each other. I also called her Missy because she had an air of arrogance about her. I also called her Infant as I had gotten her in infancy. She would come to all of the above names.

Lucky lived for 15 years without any illnesses. Without warning, she stopped eating, but drank water until the day she passed away. She was euthanized at home by our vet.
He believes she had kidney failure due to her age.

She now resides on the Rainbow Bridge with her Mom Cat and will wait for me there.

I love you, Lucky.
