Moved to Collin County Texas from Tennessee in 1877 with his children and wife Mary Ann Darnell Andrews. He was a Primative Baptist Preacher.

McKinney Democrat September 28, 1892

Death of a Good Man.
On September 25, 1892, W.C. Andrews passed from life here and his body was interned in Horn Cemetery on the 26th. He was the grandfather of T.C. Andrews, Mrs. Dick Massie, Mrs. B.F. Scott and Mrs. Charles Malone all of McKinney.
He was in religion a Primitive Baptist and practiced it.
I found this to be true when he lived on my farm.
