LETTS, Iowa - Patricia Joanne Wagner, 59, Letts, died Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at the Rock Island Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Rock Island, Illinois.
Funeral Service will be 1 p.m. on Monday, May 3, 2010, at the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services, Columbus Junction. The Rev. Al Coffin will officiate. Casket bearers will be Mark Wagner, Alan Hammell, Wes Wagner, Joe Brotherton, Paul Kissell, Scott Brown, Ron Lawrence and Larry Knowles. Burial will take place in the Cedar Bethel Cemetery. .
Patricia was born on January 21, 1951, in Muscatine, the daughter of Robert and Grace Eis Honts. She married Ronald Wagner Sr. on July 25, 1970, in Muscatine.
She enjoyed listening to music, cooking, canning, helping with the farm work and taking care of the home place. She also volunteered her time and lending a hand and an ear to all those in need, and especially loved spending time with her family, friends and caring for her grandchildren.
She will be dearly missed by her husband, Ronald Wagner Sr. of Letts; her son, Ronald Wagner Jr. and his wife, Tricia, of Letts; three grandchildren; Tyus, Sydni and Trey Wagner; her parents, Robert and Grace Honts of Muscatine; and a sister, Bobbie Jacobs and her husband, Don, of Fruitland.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
