He was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on March 24, 1982, the son of Arthur Lee and Ola Anderson Crabtree. His father preceded him in death on May 24, 1996 and his mother survives.
He is also survived by 1 brother Arthur Lee Crabtree Jr. of Monticello, Kentucky; 1 sister Lyla Lynn Kessler of Monticello, Kentucky; grandparents Odell and Betty Atkinson Crabtree and Sterlie Anderson; 2 nieces; and other relatives.
Preceding him in death is a sister Rebecca Renee; and his maternal grandmother Lena Marcum Anderson.
He had accepted Christ as his Savior while attending services at the Cooper Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held Friday, January 15, 1999 in the funeral home chapel with Brother Anson Perkins officiating. Burial was in the Tuggle-Sandusky Cemetery.
