Sister Mittie Ceola PETERS REDDICK was born March 03, 1936 to the late Thomas Roosevelt and the late Minion HUCKABY PETERS. // Her education was received in the public schools of Webster County, GA. // She confessed her love for Christ at Turner Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Parrott, GA and was Mother of the Church at King Solomon Ministries, Philadelphia, PA. //
Sis. Mittie was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Bro. Sidney REDDICK. Their union was blessed with three sons. // On Sunday, March 13, 2011, Sis. REDDICK departed her earthly life for eternity. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Steve PETERS. // A legacy of love and memories are left to her survivors to include three sons, Larry (Beverly), Julius and Anthony, all of Philadelphia, PA; two grandchildren, Lauren and Andrew, both of Philadelphia, PA; nine sisters, Gladys PETERS HALL, Columbus, GA, Hazel PETERS (D.U., Jr.) PULLUM, Dawson, GA, Mary PETERS TERRELL and Annie L. PETERS CRENSHAW and Alice PETERS (Dea. Lonnie) IRVING, all of Columbus, GA, Ethel PETERS (Spence) PETTIGREW, Dawson, GA, Veroniece PETERS MARABLE, Atlanta, GA, Freddie PETERS GREEN, Athens, GA and Vonya A. PETERS MULDROW, Albany, GA; one brother, Horace J. (Katherine) PETERS, Dawson, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and sorrowing friends. // Funeral Services will be 4:00 pm, Sat., March 19, 2011, at Jackson Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Parrott, GA, with Minister Vonya A. MULDROW, officiating. Interment will be in Turner Chapel Cemetery,
