Steven Scott Stanton 42, of Colbert, Okla. passed away Wednesday Night Aug. 17, 2011 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.
He was born April 11, 1969 in Hampton, Va. to Fred and Sandra Layes Stanton. He graduated from Perkins, Okla. High School in 1986. He held his Masters Instructor hair license and was a security supervisor at Choctaw Casino. An avid Harley Davidson enthusiest he enjoyed long rides with his wife Melodye and his friends on his Harley Fatboy and spending time with his children. Steve touched the lives of many people with his smile, wit and generousity and maintained his love for his friends and family throughout his life.
Steve is survived by his Mother Sandra Kay Stanton of Perkins, Okla. and Father Fred Leroy Stanton of Stillwater, Okla. Beloved Husband of Melodye Coble Stanton of 19 years. Steve will forever be remembered by his Brother Bryan and his wife Janey of Frisco, Texas. Beloved Children Selby, Sean and Zayda Rayne. Caring In-Laws Paulette, James and Sam Coble all of Colbert, Okla. along with countless other friends and and family whom were blessed to know him.
