I realize that her marker shows an early death date, but she was alive and well in 1900.

Daughter of Samuel Glenn and Jane Conway. She was married first to William Ekin who died in 1849. She was remarried to Christopher Foster and had one daughter with him, Sarah Jane Foster, born about 1853.

In 1860 she and her second husband, his three children from his first marriage, and their daughter lived on a farm in Sugarcreek Township, Armstrong County, PA. He owned real property worth $12,000 and personal property worth $5000, although those numbers were reversed on the census record. Also living with them was 13-year-old Margaret Campbell and 23-year-old Sarah A Foster, shown as a hired girl, but also likely a cousin of some degree. James worked as a school teacher.

In 1870 she and Christopher and their daughter lived there. He owned real property worth $17,000 and personal property worth $4000, as did 50-year-old F H Foster who lived on the next farm. Also living with them was 14-year-old William Clugh, 18-year-old housekeeper Maggie Barnhart, and 23-year-old Maggie Campbell, who worked as a telegraph operator.

In 1880 she lived in East Brady, PA and worked as a housekeeper.

In 1900 she lived with her widowed son-in-law, John Scott, and two grandchildren in a place they were renting at 230 Lima Street in Findlay, OH. John worked as an oil buyer and Ralph worked as a bookkeeper. Also living with them was a 20-year-old servant, L May Isham.
