Allen (Patricia), Gananoque, Ontario, Canada; beloved grandfather of Jade K. Garrison (Steve), Kingston, Ontario, Canada, Elizabeth L. Allen (Ken Sproule), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada; beloved great-grandfather of Luke, Maggie and Dylan Garrison. There will be a memorial service late spring in Elmira, N.Y.
