Death Sat. afternoon in Town Newton of Heinrich Ruchhoeft of stomach cancer at age 75 yrs. 9 mos. 10 days. He is survived by his sorrowing wife and 6 children – 3 sons, Herman, Heinrich and John; and 3 daughters – Mrs. Theo. Waak, Maria and Minna Ruchhoeft. He had resided in Town Newton since 1854 and was a true husband and father and a good neighbor. The funeral was Wed. afternoon at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery in Town Newton.
