Funeral rites for Mrs. Joean Williams, who died at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Edward Tellman of Spring Garden Friday, were held Sunday from the Baptist church there.
Mrs. Williams suffered a stroke seven weeks ago. She was a native of Miller county and formerly resided in the Gageville community. She was the mother of eleven children. Two of them and her husband preceded her in death.
She is survived by eight children, Mrs. Jennie Simshieser, Jefferson City; Robert Williams, San Francisco; Henry Williams, Salina Kansas; Mrs. Dolly Veltrop and Lennie Williams, Eldon; T.B. Williams, Pawnee City, Nebr.; Mrs. Emma Coe, Dasley, Nebr.; Mrs. Minnie Kimbal, Sask, Canada, and Mrs. Ada Morrow, Prairie Grove, Ark.
