Erie, PA: May 27 (AP)
An engineer on the fish tug "Ideal" for 15 years, Harry W. Austin, 59, was drowned when he lost his footing, struck his head against a window and plunged into Presque Island Bay. The mishap occured near the Erie Yard & Gravel Co.
