A 9-month-old Hilltown Township girl is in guarded condition today after the Tuesday evening accident that claimed the life of her mother and 2-year-old sister. A spokesman for Children's Hospital, Philadelphia, reported this morning that Teresa Peluso, 120 Middle Road. Perkasie. was in guarded condition. She was transferred to Children's Hospital from North Penn Hospital and admitted there Tuesday night in critical condition. Robert J. Wahl. 25, 113 Britain Woods Circle, Chalfont, was also injured in the accident on Route 202 in Montgomery Township. A spokesman for North Penn Hospital said he would be released today following treatment for head injuries. Killed In the crash were Sally K. Peluso, 31. and her 2-year-old daughter Jessica. The accident happened at about 6 p.m. Tuesday on Route 202, north of Montgomery Avenue and east of Route 309. Mrs. Peluso was born in Iowa. She and her husband, Vincent E. were married in 1974 and lived in Denver until they moved to Doylestown in 1976. They had moved to Hilltown Township within the past year. While In Doylestown. Mrs. Peluso was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. After moving to Hilltown, she became a member of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church. Hilltown. The Peluso children were born in Doylestown. Mrs. Peluso is survived by her parents, Robert and Letha Mae Josephsen: a sister. Shirley Karns; and a brother. Danny Josephsen, all of Iowa. Jessica also is survived by her paternal grandparents, Robert J. and Marguerita Beckerman Peluso,Exira, Iowa.
