The Chronicle Telegram April 11, 1971:

Services for Alfred Fred Rader,80, of 86 W. Royalton Rd. Grafton will be Tuesday in the Russell D. Fulton Funeral Home, Grafton. The Rev Robert Austin, pastor of the North Eaton Church of Christ will officiate. Burial will be in Butternut Ridge Cemetery.

Mr. Rader died in Bay View Hospital yesterday morning after a long illness. He was born in Belmore and lived in the Grafton area 34 years.

Surviving are his wife, Ruth; three sons, Delbert, Elyria, Glen, Grafton and Melvin, serving with the Navy in Honolulu; two daughters, Mrs Irene Trott, North Ridgeville, and Mrs. Doris Lauer, Elyria; 14 grandchildrena and six great-granchildren; a brother, Grover, of Pandora.

A daughter preceded him in death.
