Dorothy S. (Senger) Fischer, 83, Shelbyville, died Wednesday at her residence.
Born on May 19, 1913, in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of Frederick Leonard and Bertha Augusta (Mohr) Senger. On Apr. 7, 1940, she married Carl F. Fischer, who preceded her in death Nov. 16, 1990.
Mrs. Fischer was a lifelong resident of Shelby County and a homemaker.
Survivors include many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Carmony-Ewing Broadway Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Dodd officiating.
Burial will be in St. Vincent Catholic Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a. m Saturday at the funeral home.
