Crystal P. Beyer, 75, Waldron, formerly of Shelbyville, died Tuesday at Major Hospital.
She was born in Rush County on Jan. 27, 1919, to Grover and Linnie (Gordon) Henderson.
On Feb. 28, 1943, she married Lawrence Beyer, who preceded her in death on Aug. 3, 1988.
Mrs. Beyer was a homemaker and a Shelby County resident for most of her life. She was a member of St. Vincent Catholic Church and St. Anne's Altar Society.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Carl I. (Linda) Mohr, Fountaintown, Virginia Beyer, Shelbyville, and Dorothy Vanosdol, Shelbyville; two sons, Fred Beyer, St. Paul, and Donald Beyer, Columbus; four sisters, Mrs. Raymond (Louise) Kelley, Mrs. Harry (Hazel) Hokanson, Mrs. Robert (Edith) Griffith and Mrs. Fred (Frances) Cox, all of Shelbyville; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10 a. m. at St. Vincent Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Vincent Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday between 4 p. m. and 8 p. m. at the Carmony-Ewing Broadway Funeral Home. A rosary service will be conducted at 7:30 p. m. (Obit: The Shelbyville News, June 29, 1994)
