Chuck was born to LaRue and Georgia Bower on September 4, 1945, in Los Angeles, California.
He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Donald Fuller.
Chuck enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1966. He was a member of the Army Security Agency, serving in Turkey and was honorably discharged in 1972.
A star pitcher and home-run hitter in his youth, Chuck's passions now were drag racing his Corvette at Firebird Raceway and riding his Harley.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Cheryl; his sister, Barbara; his sister-in-law, Kathie; brother-in-law, Randy (Kathy); and many nieces and nephews. He was a great husband, brother and friend. He will be missed and always loved.
Graveside services will be held at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery on Friday, August 19th at 10:00 a.m., with full military honors.
Arrangements are under the direction of Summers Funeral Homes, Ustick Chapel.
