William Whitney Rice (1826-1896) - Find a Grave Memorial

US Congressman. Elected to represent Massachusetts' 9th and 10th Districts in the United states House of Representatives, serving from 1877 to 1887. Also served as a State Court Judge in 1858, Mayor of Worcester, Massachusetts, in 1860, and Member of the Massachusetts State House of Representatives in 1875.
