Lois Elizabeth Driggers Bacon, 87, died Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Glenvue Health and Rehab. She was born in Glennville Auguat 28, 1929 to Wiley W. and Annie E Hilton Driggers. She was a homemaker and the oldest living member of Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher and a member of the Mary Wilkinson Auxiliary Ladies Circle She is preceded in death by her husband, M.D. Bacon Jr.; two grandsons, Lang Purvis, David Hughes; Great Grandchildren, Owen & Evan Stone four brothers and three sisters.

Cathy & Fillmore Waters of Glennville, GA
Janna & Wayne Martin of Glennville, GA
Jill & Gary Gordon and

Six Grandchildren: Maria Swindler, Phillip Waters, Erin Waters, Lee Purvis, Luke Purvis and Sarah Stone
Six Great-Grandchildren: Elizabeth Swindler, Aiden & Alison Purvis,
Peyton & Madison Waters, Landon Stone
Two Sisters-in-Law: Annette Moore and Jean Bacon
Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 am on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 am at Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Rick Cason officiating.
Pallbearers: Edward Driggers, Lee Purvis, Luke Purvis, Aiden Purvis, Phillip Waters and Peyton Waters.
