Claire M. Rambo, age 78, of North Cape May passed away peacefully on Monday, August 8, 2011 at Capital Health Systems at Fuld, Trenton, NJ.
Born in Philadelphia and formerly of Roxborough, PA, she had been a Cape May area resident since 2003. Claire was a Certified Nurse's Assistant at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia and at North Cape Center in Lower Township, NJ. She was a loving mother & grandmother and an avid walker.
Claire is survived by her husband William J. Rambo; her four children: Mark (Sandra) M. Rambo; Judy A. Glynn (Marvir Cook); Paul D. Rambo; & Barbara A. Keegan. Also surviving are her sisters: Mary Cashman & Nancy Welsh; her brother Edward Erthal; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Anne Rambo; grandson William J Rambo; grandson Stephen Rambo; two sisters; and one brother. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 12, 2011 at the Parish of St John Neumann at St John of God RC Church, 680 Townbank Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
