Christina Love-Rose, 43, passed away surrounded by family in Anchorage. Christi will be missed by many. She gracefully walked into God's beautiful garden on August 9, 2011. She passed peacefully at her cousin Barbara's home.

Christi was a life long resident of Anchorage and loved by many. She was a proud mom and a great wife. She loved to garden and baby her house plants. She was gifted with a green thumb. Christi mostly loved camping and fishing with her daughter Samantha "Cupcake", along with friends and family. She loved to see her daughter smile and would give anything for her happiness.

The family vacations were grateful moments she spoke of often. Her cute bunny nose and happy laugh would bring a smile to everyone's face. Her eyes sparkled and hugs were delightful. Her heart was pure. She touched many people's lives.

Christi is survived by her daughter Samantha Suzie Lavelle Rose and only true love Russel Rose; Samantha's grandparents Sheila and Jerry Buffington; brother Michael Love, nephew Brandon and neice Taylor; Sean Floyd (cousin); great-aunt and uncle Lillian and Herbert Theodore, her "bestest" cousin Barbara Schubert and family and many nieces and cousins and friends and all that knew her. Christi was preceded in death by grandmother "Cheda" Katherine Nickoli, mother Doris Love; uncle Harold Nickoli, auntie Alice Floyd and cousin Chad Floyd.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Legacy, Bragaw Chapel for their assistance; and Reverend Tommie Shook for his support.

Please join us in memory of Christi on Monday, August 15, 2011, at 12pm, at North Anchorage Church of God, located at 1711 S. Bragaw at 12 for viewing and 1pm for service. The burial will take place at Anchorage Memorial Park Cemetery at 3pm. A celebration of life will follow at J.J.'s Sports Lounge at 624 Muldoon Road at 4p.m.

Her family describes her as a loyal friend to all, always had a strong spirit, her spontaneous laughter will always be missed and cherished by family & friends. Published in adn.com from August 13 to August 14, 2011
