SHELBYVILLE - Blaine Primmer Abraham, 87, of Shelbyville died 9 p.m. Monday (April 30, 2001) in Shelbyville Manor.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Thursday in Locust Grove Cemetery near Assumption. Visitation will be 1 p.m. in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua. Memorials: Charleston Hospice, 700 W. Lincoln, Suite 800, Charleston, IL 61920.
Mr. Abraham was born April 20, 1914, in Moweaqua, the son of Ross and Nema Primmer Abraham. He was a retired farmer, member of American Legion of Findlay and Shelby County Farm Bureau. He was also a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his nieces, Marilyn and husband Bob Vilmure of Shelbyville; Nancy and husband Russell Ridder of Springfield; seven great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Lawrence, sister, Opal Atchison, and niece, Eleanor Snow.
