Arthur G. Witwer, 74, of 321 Manchester Dr. was dead on arrival at 10 p.m. Saturday at Memorial hospital. Mr. Witwer was a retired payroll supervisor at Studebaker Corp. He was born on March 27, 1900, in North Liberty. On Aug. 15, 1921, he married Mabel Bourdon, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Joann Kimble of Van Nuys, Calif., and Mrs. Joyce Krepshaw of Bay City, Mich.; six grandchildren and a brother, Robert, of South Bend.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. in the Hollis Funeral Home. Services will be at 1:30 p. m. Wednesday in the River park Church of Christ. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Mr. Witwer was a member of the River Park church for 45 years."
