Harriet Hibbard married Thomas Jenkins on 17 June 1838. They gave birth to:
Julia b. abt 1840
John H. b. abt 1842 d. 20 Nov 1856
Dorr b. abt. 1844 d. 20 Nov 1856 as well
Mary E. b abt. 1847
Harriet b. abt 1850

Thomas Jenkins died on 18 March 1851 in Richfield, Genesee County, Michigan USA

Harriet Hibbard Jenkins married George Skinner on 16 May 1852 in Genesee County, Michigan USA

George Skinner dies sometime between 16 May 1852 and 2 July 1854.

Harriet is going by Jenkins again when she marries Levi Cornish on 2 July 1854. He is noted as living in Commerce Twp., Oakland County, MI. Harriet's brother Harris also lived in Commerce Township as he had a child born there. Perhaps that is how Levi and Harriet met. They marry at Greenfield, Wayne Co., MI.

In the 1860 Census Levi and Harriet Cornish are listed in Bay City, Bay County, MI section, page 11. The handwriting looks like "Cornia" but if you look at it it's Cornish:
Levi Cornish
Harriet Cornish
Julia (age 17)
Harriet (age 10)
Jarome (age 7, which would make him born abt 1853. This is more than 9 months after Thomas Jenkins died, but before she marries Levi Cornish – so he's presumably Skinner's child.)
Avilda (age 4)
Cora (age 2)
Eugene (age 10/12th)

The children do not have last names listed.

Levi Cornish abandoned the family sometime before 1868/9, as Harriet Jenkins (she's back to using Jenkins) is listed as marrying a "T. E. Emmeons" on 27 June 1868/9 in Williams Twp., Bay County, MI. (hard to read the writing). Levi heads west - see his Find-a-Grave record.

In the 1870 Census Bay City, Bay County MI Census page 170 there is listed
Emmons, Thaddeus age 26, a "Pilot on Lakes", aka sailor, born in Ohio.
Emmons, Harriet, age 39 keeps house
Jenkins, Jerome age 16 (note Jenkins, and 1870 – 16 is 1854, still during or immediately after Skinner as the husband)
Jenkins, Avilda age 14
Jenkins, Cora age 12
Jenkins, Eugene age 10
Jenkins, Viola age 8
Jenkins, Dora age 5

By the time of the 1873 Bay City City Directory, she's listed as
Cornish, Mrs. Harriet. Widow Levi. (What happened to Emmons?)

In the 1880 Bay City, Bay County, MI Census page 58:
Cornish, Harriet (she's back to using Cornish) age 57
Ugenier age 19 (presumed Eugenia, as noted as Female)
Viola age 17
Dora age 15

There is a Thaddeus Emmons in 1880 in Elyria, Lorain, Ohio age 42 ... noted as a sailor, and a widower, residing with his mother. If this is the Thaddeus from the 1869/9 marriage, perhaps he and Harriet divorced, or he abandoned her. I just uncovered the marriage to Emmons a few weeks ago, and am still working on that line.

The Bay City Directories of1881/2, 1883, 1884, and 1890/1 all list her as "Cornish, Harriet: widow Levi".

Regarding Jarome, the only written record of him is the Census records of 1860 (where no surname is listed) and 1870 where his name is listed as Jarome Jenkins. He can't be Thomas Jenkins child as he was born too long after he died, and Levi Cornish comes into the picture after his birth, so I presume he's Skinners (or someone else's) child. But the only written record I have at this time is that his name was Jenkins, so that's what I have to stick with for now.

A side note: I've seen places online where it is said Harriet Hibbard Jenkins Cornish lived in Saginaw, MI, but I can't find any evidence of that. Prior to the incorporation of Bay City as a city in 1857 it was known as Lower Saginaw, so perhaps that's where the Saginaw reference came from. Unless she spent time there between 1854 and 1859 or 1885 and 1889, I simply can't find her in that city.
