Estacada resident Phyllis Marie Randall died July 4, 2011, of heart failure. She was 74.
Phyllis was born Dec. 15, 1936, in Ebro, Minn., to Henry and Evelyn Murray. Raised in Ebro, she graduated from Bagley High School in 1954. She worked as a nurse's aid and store manager.
She enjoyed embroidery, knitting, crocheting, fishing and hunting, and baking and canning for her family.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her father and mother.
She is survived by her daughters, Edy Johnson and Gloria Johnson; her son Wayne Johnson; her brothers, Marvin Murray and Bill Murray; and her grandchildren, Nathan and Matt Jacquart, Sam Dillard, Daphne and Deanna Johnson, and Dusty, Leah, Calvin, Shanay and Peter Rodgers.
A memorial service was held July 24 in Estacada at the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Interment will be in Bagley, Minn.
Crown Memorial Center in Milwaukie handled arrangements.
