FORT WORTH - James C. Barron Jr., 78, a retired formulator for H.B. Stuck, died Thursday, June 6, 2002, at a local care center.

Funeral: There will be no services.

Memorials: may be made to the Parkinson Foundation.

James was born Aug. 7, 1923, in Murry. He was a man of many talents including Scout Master, 32nd degree Mason, Shriner and Master Gardener of the Men's Garden Club. James was also a charter member of Edge Park United Methodist Church. Upon his retirement, he and Marty enjoyed extensive traveling to many parts of the world.

Survivors: Wife of 56 years, Marty Barron; sisters, Mary B. Finch of Fort Worth and Emma Lou Law of Virginia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
