Mt. Carroll, Ill., Aug. 8.—John William Zink, 60, died about 3:45 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ruth Stricker, in Savanna. He was born Jan. 3, 1878 in Jo Daviess county, the son of John and Mary Zink. He leaves two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Stricker of Savanna, Mrs. Demerie Shupbach, of Peoria, and one son, Kenneth Zink, of Mt. Carroll. Funeral arrangements have not been announced.
